OET

Professional English language courses designed for your success

Overview - OET

The Occupational English Test (OET) is designed for healthcare professionals and is accepted by the General Medical Council and the Nursing and Midwifery Council as proof of English proficiency. At UKCE, we are proud to be an official OET preparation provider.

Our course focuses entirely on medical English and real workplace scenarios, helping you build on your professional knowledge while preparing for the exam. You will study in small groups (maximum 12 students) to ensure personalised support, and benefit from an intensive timetable of 15 hours per week over 4 weeks (Monday to Friday, 09:00–12:15).

Through practice with real OET materials, mock exams, and profession-specific speaking and writing tasks, you will develop the skills and confidence you need to achieve your best result
